• Custom Design Info:

  • Your design or ours! We can use your ready-to-print graphic, or we can secure/create a graphic for you.  All graphics we secure must have commercial print rights.  We do not print licensed/copyrighted designs unless you have a license for them.  
    
  • Custom designs include up to 15 minutes of design work.  Any time after that will be billed at our design rate of $20/hour.
    
  • Design graphics need to be in PNG format and have a DPI of at least 300.  
  • A mock-up of the design is included for your approval.  Totes will not be printed until you have approved the final design.
    
  • Unless there is a defect in the product, all custom designed pieces are final sale.
