Shipping policy

Processing Time:
All orders are made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for production before shipping. Bulk or custom group orders may require additional time — we’ll contact you if so!

Shipping Rates:
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and location. We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Shipping Methods & Times:
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the best rate and delivery time. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.  Shipping usually takes 3-7 days depending on how far you are from our WY shop.

Local Delivery:
Free local delivery is available in Cheyenne, WY only. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready, and we will contact you to set up a delivery time and location.

Delivery Issues:
Once your package is in transit, delays are out of our control. If your tracking number hasn’t updated in a few days, feel free to reach out and we’ll do what we can to help.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered.” Please contact your local postal carrier to file a claim if needed.
