Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to anywhere in the United States!
How long does shipping take?
Each item is made just for you, so our current processing time is about 7–10 business days before your order heads out the door. After that, shipping time depends on how far you are from us here in Wyoming and which shipping speed you choose at checkout. If you’re nearby, you’ll see your happy mail a little quicker — if you’re farther away, it may take a few extra days. Don’t worry though — as soon as your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number so you can follow it on its way to you!

Returns
What's your return policy?
We want you to love your order! Here’s how our return policy works:
- Custom & personalized items: Because these are made just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless there’s an error on our end (like a wrong item or a defect).
- Non-custom items: We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
- Shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake.
- Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How long does it take to process my return?
Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for it to be processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and exchanges will ship out once the return is approved.
Can I exchange for a different item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

How do I request a custom order?
Customs are our favorite! Fill out the contact form on our Contact page or send us an e-mail at chapterandcotton@gmail.com to get started on your custom order!
Can I order custom shirts or stickers for my group or organization?
Yes! We love to create for groups, clubs, small businesses, and other organizations! Large orders take us just a bit longer, so plan ahead for extended processing times. Send us a message to get started!
Do you charge for graphic design on custom orders?
We don't charge for light graphic design, but we do charge for anything that takes over 15 minutes. Our graphic design charge is $20/hour. If you have a graphic you would like to use but that needs purchased (for example something you saw on Etsy), we will charge you for the cost of the graphic. Alternately, you are welcome to purchase the graphic and send it to us to use on your item.
Do you offer bulk discounts or wholesale rates?
We are currently not offering wholesale rates, but we do offer bulk discounts! Reach out to us at chapterandcotton@gmail.com for more info.
